1. Service Diagnostic
ForensicByte provides a free initial diagnosis. We will provide a price range before commencing recovery process. The client is under no obligation to proceed with recovery after diagnosis.
2. No Data, No Charge
Our policy is “No Data, No Charge.” If we are unable to recover your critical files, you do not pay for the professional recovery service fee. This policy ensures our interests are aligned with yours—we only succeed when you get your data back.
3. Liability & Hardware
While we take every precaution, the user acknowledges that data recovery is often a destructive forensic process on already failing hardware. CDR.LABS is not liable for existing hardware failure or voiding of manufacturer warranties during the opening of sealed drive enclosures.
