1. Data Confidentiality
At ForensicByte, we understand the critical nature of your data. All recovered data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We do not store, view, or share your data with any third parties. Our lab operates as a “Black Box” environment where data is purely processed, not analyzed for content.
2. Security Protocols
Our lab uses air-gapped systems to ensure that your recovery process is completely isolated from the internet, preventing any external data breaches. Physical access to the Clean Room is restricted to authorized senior forensic engineers only.
3. Data Retention
Once you verify and receive your data, we maintain a temporary encrypted backup for 7 days to ensure successful transfer, after which it is securely wiped using DoD-standard algorithms (US Department of Defense 5220.22-M).
